With truffle pigs you find the hidden treasures - At Truffle Pig Bar we found the holy grail of winter drinking with the phenomenal »Nut Job«, an excellent winter drink based on sherry and brandy, with homemade pine nut orgeat, lime and hazelnut.
For those who won’t be able to make it to Berlin this winter, we convinced the guys to reveal their recipe. Mon dieu …
- 40 ml sherry Amontillado
- 25 ml Spanish brandy
- 20 ml pine nut orgeat
- 15 ml lime
- 5 ml Quaglia Chinotto
- 5 ml hazelnut spirits
Shake on ice and serve with crushed ice in a highball glass. Garnish with orange zest.
