We held our first Founder Friday this week. The sessions are by founders for founders to facilitate knowledge sharing among the startups in our current cohort 💡

The first one was hosted by Cesar of Devon Garden Foods on resilience and grit. It was passionate, inspiring, and insightful, and I think we all got something positive out of it.

In the session, we talked about building resilience in life and in business, about mental health, mindfulness, meditation, and dealing with stress.

How do you deal with stress as a founder, as a startup, or at work? Do you practice mindfulness? Maybe you have tips to share! If you do, pop them in the comments. We'd love to hear them and you never know who it might help 💙
