hotelforum 2017
hotelforum is the European Hotel Development Conference, which for 15 years now has been a regular annual feature accommodating networking and exchanges between experts when it comes to hotel properties. The conference agenda and the evening function at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich offer a highly-qualified communication platform. The gala evening culminates in the presentation of the “Hotel Property Award”. The event is hosted by hotelforum management GmbH, an association formed by the hotel property experts at
PKF hotelexperts in Vienna (www.pkfhotels.com), Stiwa Real Estate Advisory in Munich (www.stiwa-rea.de) and Andreas Martin in Berlin. hotelforum 2017 was held on Friday, 6 October and will be back on Wednesday, 10 October 2018.
Motel One Berlin-Upper West
Andreas Martin: "With the Motel One Berlin-Upper West has once again managed to occupy an exclusive inner city location which other hotel chains had also intensively endeavoured to open up in higher hotel segments. At the same time, the hotel concept has also been visibly developed when it comes to room design and public areas..."
Roomers in Baden-Baden
Andreas Martin: "...the Roomers Baden-Baden, furnished as it is with a highly-stylish Italian touch, is the perfect addition to the Baden-Baden hotel landscape in a previously unoccupied location directly opposite the town’s festival hall, which by the way is the largest in Germany!”
Bretterbude
Andreas Martin, Managing Partner of hotelforum management GmbH: “The Bretterbude a shack in the positive sense of the word: There is wood everywhere, whether we’re talking about the façade, which is made of different types of wood, the individually-designed guest rooms, or the “Kneading Room” massage salon and the surfboard rental shop. It’s rough, but it’s also cordial, in keeping with the language and nature of the Baltic coast. The Bretterbude convinced the hotelforum jury both with this harmonious overall approach which appeals to all age groups, and with its prime coastal location.”
