Me encanta Sial Paris!! Gracias a este evento hace muchísimos años tuve la oportunidad de conocer esta hermosa ciudad , de la cual me enamoré . Salón internacional de la alimentación (Sial). Fui muchas veces a Paris. Representábamos a Chile a través de la revista Mercado Moderno, llevando con nosotros diversos productos para compartir con otros, innovadores obviamente en diferentes categorías, formas, ingredientes, aromas , sabores,texturas, envases etc. Y fue así como en el año 1994, ganamos el Sial de oro para el pisco Capel Mohai. Lo presente yo!! Y fue maravilloso estar ahí , y escuchar : Y el pais ganador en categoría bebidas alcoholicas es Chili!! Jajajaaa, Bingo!! Mi grito aún tiene eco!! Llamé inmediatamente a a Chile , contando las buenas noticias, en ese entonces estaba de gerente general sr Peñafiel, no recuerdo nombre. Inmediatamente empezó a correr la noticia tan to en televisión como en radio ,Coté evans auspiciado por capel en ese entonces transmitía la gran noticia a través de su programa radial. Llegando a chile 🇨🇱, una tremenda bienvenida con una cena maravillosa a entregar el Sial. Hay fotos por ahí!! Las subiré .! Grande Sial!! Bellísimos recuerdos!!

No where , not on the badge not in any document, it has not mentioned it will be closed at 14h00. Even the exhibitor who has invited me, asked them to let me go in. They did not let! The expositors pay expensive for this exposition but they do not have freedom to do their business! We are also your future expositor. Your system has still lot of problems! Who will pay my 2hours lost time and money of me? How could I know! Even on the badge they wrote “ final day closing at 17:00” . Time and energy of people has value. You got to Improve your system.
