Where tech meets magic. Thank you for delightful imperfection and embracing them with such joy & tenderness. This is what tech needs in this world. Shapeshifting energies and a sprinkle of "It will all be well" dust.

💚 LSF20 Gratitudes: Maja 💚
This year you show us how to be in it for the long run. And this will sometimes mean having to take a step back and go into a cave. Go far away from the world, to decontruct old structures. To assemble them anew, when no-one's watching. Thank you for letting us be part of this stage of your journey. It expands what it means to remain together, into a completely new spaciousness. It is one of these experiences to humanly universal and so personal when we go through it...

You knocked on our consciousnes and made us rethink our fashion consumption. With project "Detox my fashion" you just blew our mind and opened a new horizon for us, the societal change in sustainable fashion. We are simply amazed by your way of walking the talk. Thank you for showing us passion in your leadership. And what means to take active role. Alternative way might not be the easiest but it is certainly more colorful, specially if you are under the rainbow!

Woman, you roam far! We are catching our breath catching up now and now and now. From glamorous jet-set lifestly to backcountry Portugal and living in a camper, exploring "All things regenerative". It is like Alice in Wonderland with you. And every year you bring in more revolution, more hands-on experience, more empowerment to doing whatever we can, but doing it.
You entered our space this year with a vitrual background saying "Wild hearts cannot be broken" and stole ours. Again.

Systems Scribing in a Changing World - The Value Web

Gateways to engaging with system's wisdom 🦉🕸🌏

Many of us do the work of looking at systems & supporting systemic healing. Systems scribing offers a way for intuition, essence, what is beyond cognitive knowing, what is not yet ripe to be shared through words to impact & shape our understanding. Kelvy Bird offers a free webinar over The Value Web tonight. Join and get started yourself.

Systems scribing is a visual practice that combines scribing—visually representing ideas while people talk—with systems thinking. This is a new, tangible approach to representing dynamics, occurring in the moment and over time,...

🔅 Happy Tuesday inspiration on resilience! This is why we’ve founded Leadership Festival, to transform the paradigm. Now resilience is part of the journey.
🤜🏻🤛🏻 hugs! Guys!

Like a Phoenix! 🦅

🤔 Iam currently observing two extremes among the leaders decisions & actions:
• some hidden in the management board meetings, communicating as less as possible - preferably in an official letter - by email, limiting business processes to a minimum, looking for total savings; 🤕
• the others - despite uncertainty, leave their own comfort zone, regularly communicate with the team - making motivational messages and speeches, very decisive, active and able to mobilize the teams for action - truly leaders for these times - from their own command place - bedroom, kitchen, balcony, co-creating innovative solutions that allow you to maintain, well! even expand the business offer. 🤗
Of course, the industry matters, but ...
who are you in the current situation?

🔅 What causes some - despite fear - to go and act, others - to dodge and pretend to be invisible?🔅

🔅 Not only personality predispositions are important - some motivate to act, others still search for the right data and analysis - but above all previous experience.🔅

It's them - everything you've been prepared for today, everything you've experienced creates your resilience and mental capacity, and the way you overcome difficulties is manifested in your resilience. I invite you to reflect and analyse:

💠 what were the turning points in your life?
💠 what actions, decisions, people helped you overcome the challenging moments?
💠 why don’t you bring that topic to the team and discuss it all together?

Resilience is not something to teach about, this is something to experience. Now, this is an incredible change to strengthen the resilience of your team to build power in the New Normal.

How does this one work?
1) Post your dream for the future This group serves to dream together what one our future can look like. Formulate 1 big dream by post (no different elements that are not connected to each other) Make it personal, let your creativity run free.
2) Formulate your dreams constructively This movement wants to bring a constructive change to the world. What does work "," What do I dream of? " and "How do I see it differently?". We are not against something "negative", but for something "constructive".
3) Add "tags" There are 6 themes in which we dream: economy & work, education, nature & agriculture, culture & leisure, housing & mobility. Add the theme of your dream so that we get more structure
4) No opinions or post of articles / advertising / video Only when these support your own personal dream can you post it. Make work of your mail and make it something personal. It is not the place to just repeat someone else's opinion. Advertising is not welcome
5) Articles in the Think Tank If you want to share an article that is not linked to your personal dream, you can only mention it in the think tank of the relevant topic. Before you post an article, see if it's already there.
6) Do you disagree with a dream? Then ignore it. However, it is not the intention to start a discussion here. If nobody responds to posts that are not behind them, they will automatically disappear by the algorithm. Constructive reactions are of course welcome.
7) Help keep the quality of the group high We ask you to watch over the goal of this group, which is to share constructive dreams for the future. In this way you help our moderators to keep this group pleasant for everyone
8) Concrete ideas are allowed on our website Do you already have a concrete idea of how you would like to shape your dream, maybe you are looking for other people for this? Enter your idea on www.postcoronamovement.com

Our Story

8 - 10 June 2020, Berlin.

LSF20 is a carefully developed & highly vibrant event, gathering global visionaries, co-creating the new paradigm(s) of leadership and the road from the now to the future.

We are a global collective, with the purpose to co-manifest & co-shape the new paradigm(s) of leadership, emerging globally & locally.

So far we hosted three in-person editions:

- LSF2017: TEDtalk + workshop 2-day-conference in Warsaw, with 120 participants from all walks of live and geographies

- LSF2018: off-site retreat-type residential at the riverside with 50 global actors

- LSF19: a co-learning event involving 90 people as aged 13 - over 60, happening in Berlin and Start-up Village Rothenklempenow

- and over half a dozen of online & offline meet-ups (check them out!)

With LSF2019 we moved to Berlin, to be even more precise with our acupressure points. We committed to a leadership from abundance, aiming for creating win-win-win dynamics. Leadership where impact is not an after-work interest, but an aspiration interwoven into each action.

We are designing the Festival with and for:

- self-made leaders, who naturally embrace their responsibility & sometimes do not ask themselves that much how they lead & collaborate and why this way; they often love to hear about ideas for organisation structures, decision making and how to run projects fueled by true commitment

- those already implementing New Leadership in their companies, teams, communities, oftentimes DIYing it, studying from books, learning with their peers and through organisation consultants and workshops; who hold a lot of experience and seek clarity to be able to make deeper sense of what is happening and what is needed, and share it with others

- youth out on the streets or in their hearts, busy with big questions and big reactions to the world around us and what should to be done; they need a community to hold them & show them a path for the long run, a place where to come to when times get tough or complexity too high.

Asked “Why do you join LSF?” we heard the answer: “I simply like the idea of a festival. A place to celebrate the challenge we take on and be together with this crowd. The format actually inspires me. The chance to know others who do the same, get to know those from my team better, have a dance or do something fun. Just creating memories together.”

We have been invited by the Presencing Institute to prototype their accelerator. We get to interact & create with 300 global teams working on planetary challenges in fields of environment, business, education, farming, arts & technology.

This journey helps teams develop new prototypes, using the power of Theory U. We use this opportunity to reinvent ourselves, gain a sharper profile, create more conversations that really shake the filed.

Join us this year! https://www.leadershipfestival.com/

Words matter. How responsibility is understood in companies and organizations has a fundamental importance for what leadership practices they apply, how they are perceived by their employees and by the society, and how likely they are to succeed long-term in the complex and interconnected world that is changing at a pace and scale never seen before. An investment into building a shared understanding of responsibility in your organization can go a really long way.

"Moreover, for many of us making change is not only identity, it is the purpose of life, this is how we find meaning, and our activist circle is this is where we belong. It's our cave, our tribe. When we are too tired to work towards change, we are disappointing our people. Often, failing in any way means that we are the failure" How to deal with this?
Company's culture is defined as one of the most critical success factor for the business. Although many agree to it, when it goes to the question what is company culture, how to define it and finally how to check if it really is company culture, it become difficult task for many. I've seen many companies which defined its culture upfront - expressing it in media, webpages, linkedin and other social media. e.g. we are people company, we are innovative company, we are eco company. But how to define organisation's culture then? How to check if this is really company's culture? My simple proposal below: Organisation's culture is the set of processes which have been used so many times successfully that people do not even think where they came from before. This helps you to define in which you are really good and in which not. So if company says we have innovation culture - pls. ask if they have processes set up around it. If company says we have people culture - pls. ask if they have processes around the culture. If company says we have constant learning culture - pls. ask if they have processes around the culture. and so on. How do you see it? How do you understand company's culture?
