Add one rep to each exercise every round. Complete all reps for all exercises within a minute. Use the rest of the minute as your recovery. Complete as many rounds as possible until you cannot complete all reps and exercises within the give minute!

We now have a reopen date! MAY 18th our doors will reopen and we will be running classes again!!


All classes will run at their normal times and our gym hours will return back to normal. Unfortunately we will not have childcare until further notice. We are making plan to bring Kids Fit classes back in June.


There will be some guidelines and rules that need to be followed as we transition back into the gym.


1️⃣Showers and lockers will be closed off until further notice (prepare your mornings accordingly)
2️⃣ALL equipment needs to be disinfected IMMEDIATELY after use (both in class and in weight room)
3️⃣A 6-foot distance between people must be observed at all times (please no congregating before or after class inside the building)
4️⃣Any personal equipment brought into the gym must be disinfected before use
5️⃣EVERYBODY must have a pair of closed finger gloves that are to be worn when in the gym at all times (work gloves, mechanics gloves, batting gloves, golf gloves, etc.)
