GUYS GUYS GUYS
For those of you who might not know, Cardboard Playhouse Theatre Company has been holding Sunday Night Specials, a weekly streaming variety show that helps their kiddos (and no longer kiddos) have a chance to perform while we're all waiting for live theatre to return. In fact, there is one scheduled for this Sunday at 6pm! Check it out either on their youtube channel Thanks for the love MTS! If you want to catch Sunday Night Special tonight, you'll actually need this YouTube channel: https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC0H0460qL5ulQp8kEc1lopQ/

Or you can watch on Facebook live! when they go live on their page.

However, if you're itching to learn something new, why not take an online improv class with their parent company The Box Performance Space and Improv Theatre. You can register for their incredible online improv class today at www.theboxabq.com

Hmm, online theatre courses. Could be interesting...

Seriously though, their improv team is brilliant, and if you want to work on your improvisational skills, they are THE BEST in town to learn from.

Thank you for the love CPTC! Sending it right back at ya.

MTS appreciation picnic. Thanks to all our Amigos!!
On the ticket buying website it says “age: 16 plus.” Is this a suggestion or can a young teen literally not attend a show with a parent?
I want to send out a special Thank You to Musical Theatre (MTS) Southwest! The cast gift basket brought us such joy and yummy things to eat. Thank you soooooo much for your kindness. You are a leader and an example of how a community should support each other. Thanks
Elf Workshop - Cancelled due to State Fair Parade. All roads leading to MTS have been shut down. We will move Workshop to Saturday, Sept. 15 from 10 - 12:30.
Congrats to the cast and crew of “Nine.” Saw the closing show yesterday. Wonderful voices and performances!
I enjoyed "Nine" very much. You have some very talented actors. But, the band was so loud they drowned out many of the song lyrics and even important dialogue. Either the band volume should be lower or the microphone volume should be raised. During intermission, I heard several theatergoers make the same observation.
What a beautiful performance by everyone all around! This is a wonderful show and the music is stunning. The singing, acting, and dance numbers keep you intrigued from start to finish. The small orchestra gave such a delicate Blanche to the whole show. Congrats to the cast, crew, and production team. Go see Nine at Musical Theatre Southwest and support this lovely little theatre that I call home! #savemts #nine #guido #beitalian #unusualway #myhusbandmakesmovies
This Friday & Saturday night at the David Loughridge Learning Center at Meow Wolf! Screen Actors Guild actress Ava Del Cielo and award-winning director Jesse Littlebird will guide participants through mock television and film casting auditions. All ages welcome.
I saw your production of In The Heights last night and was truly impressed!!! ALL of the cast was phenomenal and I hope to see them all in more of your shows! I wish there was a place for me to leave a review for you after each show. I LOVE you guys! Please don't stop what you do...seeing your shows is always such aft treat! #SAVEMTS
