Sad news. I just got this message from Brian Brockhouse regarding Rich Beachler, stellar artist and guitarist and all around excellent human being.

Hiya ... I hate to break a long silence with something this sh*tty. I don't know if you've heard from anyone else about Rich Beachler's situation, but it's not good. About a year ago he was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and in February they told him at Mayo that there's nothing they can do for him. We wouldn't have known anything about this at all if Deb, Sunshine's ex, hadn't contacted BJ. Anyhow, he's under hospice care right now, and though Leanne says he's never been in any physical pain, apparently his memory is gone, and he can't take care of himself. So, Jean and I got tickets to go to Des Moines in a couple of weeks -- July 11 - 15 -- and we hope it's not too late to say good-bye. Leanne told us not to be shocked when we see her -- she says she looks anorexic. Their kids live close by, though, and she's got family all around Ames and Boone, so they've had plenty of help available.

Anyhow, their address is 2172 170th St, Boone, 50036. Yeah, I know ... 170th St? It used to be RR something or other. Makes Boone sound pretty high-falutin', if you ask me.

I still have my burgundy T shirt from when I helped out at the door a few times.
It is with sadness that I share my ex-husband's obituary. He will be missed.
To the best big brother ever. Love and will miss you bro.Your brother, Tom.
Does anyone have any old Genuine John’s shirts they wanna sell? Specifically hoping to find the blue one with the moon in size medium. Know it’s a long shot, figured I’d ask.
