Halloween observation recommendation:
Taking into consideration the unique timing of Halloween this year (SUNDAY 10/31/21) & labor management within our first responding units, the Board of Aldermen and Mayor would like to encourage Halloween related activities, festivities, & general neighborhood trick-or-treating to take place (for the majority) on Saturday October 30th. Please remember to make safety a priority.
Have fun and enjoy the treats,
