WOD 1
Part A: 3 Minute AMRAP: Burpees
To start the WOD, and Every Minute On the Minute: 200’ Sprint
Rest 1 Minute
Part B: 2 Minutes to Find 1-RM Power Clean
At the call of "GO" - Athletes will sprint 100’ from their start position to the far wall, touch the wall and then sprint 100’ back to their burpee station, for the remainder of the first minute athletes will perform as many burpees as they can. At the strike of the minute, they will stop performing burpees, sprint 200’ down and back and continue with burpees. This will continue for 3 minutes.
At the end of 3 minutes, there will be a mandatory 1 minute rest.
Athletes will then have 2 minutes to perform a 1-RM power clean. All reps must start from the ground and finish in the rack position. A squat clean will not count - athletes must catch and finish the movement above parallel. Hang power cleans will not be permitted.
SCORING: Part A - Total number of burpees (1 burpee = 1 rep). Part B - The athlete’s heaviest power clean, in pounds.
SCALING: None.
WOD 2
For Time:
20 Deadlift @ 275/175 lb.
20 Wall Balls @ 20/14 lb.
20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
20 Wall-Balls @ 30/20 lb.
70’ Sprint
70’ Overhead Walking Lunge @ 30/20 lb.

SCORING: Time to completion.
There will be three data points for this competition. The athlete with the lowest score across the three events will win. 1st place in an event will receive 1 point, 2nd place = 2 points, etc… Tiebreaker will be the best rank of any of the WODs.
Scaling will be acceptable, though it will remove an athlete from podium and prize contention.

Women: 155 lb., 135lb., 95 lb.
Wall-Balls:
Men: 20 lb., 14 lb., 10 lb.
