I want to let you know how much I loved the Altar shows for Day of the Dead. I lost a pet over two years ago and am maybe to a point of saying goodbye. I also lost a few co-workers. The Altar shows helped artist with grief in a safe public setting. I just wanted the gallery to know my heartaches for the dismissal of the Altar shows. Please consider bringing it back next year. I remember specific altars from years past. I was also a participant a few years back. I know I am not alone because I was going to join a friend for a visit until we realized there were no altars this year. I also have a friend pushing me to do another altar. And I have a few friends that have taken their kids to those shows. It is a miss feature in the community. I hope you reconsider.

Buffalo Artist: The art work of Arlene Tucker, a Puerto Rican artist, Lives in Buffalo, NY, mother of two, loves to paint..... Arlene's quote: "I call this abstract painting 'Mostly tranquil', displayed here in two angles. I finally stole a little time for myself, as I've been occupied with family obligations, depriving my thirst to create. I'm working on a collection to present at an art gallery sometime in the near future. No date or place has been selected.
Today: Come on over! You can contribute any amount you desire at the event. The main purpose is to network and get to know the candidate.
LA TEMPORADA DE LAS LIGEREZAS New noir fiction of Alejandro Marin Blog: cortemoslacarajo.blogspot.com On this occasion it is the murder of an important Italian-Argentine industrialist which summons Jordi Gonorria, economist and almost professional of the kitchen, and the commissioner Quito Verdudo. The fiction takes place in Punta del Este, surely the point for the leisure with more international character of South America. It develops in that frivolous environment that clothes the vulgarity of its summer time, disguised by the strokes of refinement that give a certain distinction to the place. With all the characters that populate each season. Including the "celebrities", the arrivistes and the scoundrels. And the display of power and unconcern that allows abundance Atmosphere that invites you to be carried away by the always welcome worldly pleasures, abandoning sexual praxis and prudish ways. An entertaining narration, which also leads us to know cooking stories, economic enigmas, and colorful and unplanned earthly entanglements of distinguished intellectuals. Available (in spanish) AMAZON KINDLE.
