For those who didn't get to visit our town in person this year, here's a quick montage of sights and volunteers. It opened our 2021 awards show.
Well, that's a wrap for 2021. See you again next year, February 3-6, 2022!
Congratulations. Our awards broadcast actually had a glitch and skipped a sentence, so here's a correction to the transcript: "In addition to telling its whimsical boy meets girl love story, this film contains extraordinary production design . . ."
Wir haben beim Cambria Film Festival den Sonderpreis erhalten! đ„łđ€©đŸ
BegrĂŒndung: "In addition to the four Judgesâ Awards the directors of the festival will from time to time choose to present a special award for one outstanding film.
This year a short film just leaped out of the pack. In addition to telling its whimsical boy meets girl love story, this film contains extraordinary production design with an eyebending use of colour in its set design and costumes; a camera movement in and out of a very uniquely created environment - and on top of all this, it is narrated by a particular clever chicken. Iâm happy to announce that the Directorâs Award for Artistic Achievement goes to âThe Jackpotâ directed by Alice von Gwinner." â Robert Tieman
