A presentation not to miss at Art Up tomorrow night is Dr. Gloria Arjona's "Alas para volar: A Multimedia Approach to the Life and Work of Frida Kahlo." In this multimedia presentation, Dr. Arjona will address the life and work of Frida Kahlo, from the artist’s own perspective. Dressed in theTehuana costume popularized by Frida Kahlo, Dr. Arjona will read fragments of Frida’s diary and letters and will sing some of the traditional songs Frida frequently quoted in her paintings. Join us!
