Edwards honored by Parade of Pinwheels

Our first annual Parade of Pinwheels was an absolute success! The only thing that would have made this day better is if Avery could have been there to walk with us, but in my heart, I know he was! Thank you to everyone who came to support this important cause, thank you to the reporter who covered this event and wrote the article to help us spread awareness, and a huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible! We are already planning big things for next year's walk, so mark your calendars!

The Tri-county Council of Rhinelander Wisconsin honered Avery Saturday in such a beautiful way! The people with this organization are truly amazing people. They have embraced us with open arms each time we visit Wisconsin for a court case, and kept us in their thoughts and prayers all other times! I don't know how we would have made it this far without their amazing support! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for keeping Avery in yours!

We have several of the #JusticeForAvery t-shirts, bracelets and button pins still available for purchase and Allison N Brian James is continuing to take orders for the Awareness Ribbon shirts. If you are interested in purchasing any of these please let me (Autumn Meadows Scearce) or Allison know. We are going to be unable to sell the shirts or bracelets at the Parade of Pinwheels event because if we do, a portion of the proceeds would have to be paid to the city of Danville and we are hoping to use any money made with these to help Lori with the upcoming travel costs for the trials in Wisconsin

April is child abuse awareness month. If you are interested in showing your support and spreading awareness I am currently taking pre-orders for these shirts. The shirts are $20. ‎ All proceeds will go to Lori Edwards. Her son, Avery, was killed by his stepmother last April during a court ordered visitation. She continues to travel to Wisconsin to attend hearings for Avery's stepmother, Ellen Tran, who has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide, and his biological father, Trung Tran, who has been charged with failure to act to prevent bodily harm to a child, as well as, child neglect resulting in death.
‎I am hoping, with your help, we can raise enough money to help take some strain off her for the next trip. Please share this post so we can reach as many people as possible!
