Firecracker Frolic 5K

We know many of you have been following closely for an update on the status of our yearly FF 5K event. It is with heavy hearts that to be in compliance with city policy at this time, and the current concerns with the presence of the COVID-19 virus, there isn't going to be a Firecracker Frolic 5K run this year of 2020. It must be canceled altogether for this year. We are grateful for all of our faithful sponsors and participants that make this event so successful every year, in helping us fund assistance to our local residents who need financial aid with vision and hearing care. We will look forward to the 2021 FF 5K, and making it a huge success for all! Thank each and every one of you for your faithful support! We will see all of you next year, for the 2021 5K.

In preparation for the 2018 Easley Firecracker Frolic 5K

This year we would love to offer interested runners the opportunity to proudly let their patriotism show to everyone as they run this race. At a time when many public expressions of patriotism are being made, this presents one with a wonderful opportunity. We will have a few 3 X 5 flags with poles for purchase to runners wishing to carry their patriotism for the world to see.

If you have your own 3X5 US Flag, please feel free to carry your own.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to watch a sea of US Flags rippling through Easley on The 4th of July?
