Just a reminder about our Sensational Saturday tomorrow at 10am. We will be continuing evaluation ing players for our flag football teams. Be sure to get in early evaluation as the competition will hear up over the next few weeks.

This Saturday 1/9 we will be having a Sensational Saturday. We will be starting the evaluation process to play on one of our Elite Flag Football Teams this Spring. We will be having 1 team for each age group 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u. Spots on these teams will be very competitive and only 10-12 players on each team will be selected. Sensational Saturday will cost $10/ member or $20/non member.

Our 3 o'clock session 11u athletic development class working on their last rep of wall squats. These guys are getting faster, stronger, and increasing their agility level. They are working hard and loving doing it.
