Has anyone had their roof shingles painted or stained? We are wanting to paint our house but the colors I really want do go with our brown shingles.

Wish a builder could find it profitable to build alot of efficiencies -rent for $350. or #400.00 a month for these young kids that would like to move out of their parents homes and cannot afford the high rent. I think I would want them to get tested once every month or 2 for drugs and show proof. Also want to spot check to see if they are keeping the place clean. Maybe I would ask too much and no one would rent. LOL. Thanks for taking your time to read this.

I am a Project Manager for Drake Homes. I have been in the construction industry for a very long time and have always had a desire to learn Spanish. As the industry evolves I feel now more than ever it's more of a necessity than a want to learn Spanish to better grow relationships with our contractors. I have tried many books, audio, and Rosetta Stone. The major problem with these types of education is it's not teaching me construction related terminology. If I want to learn how to order food, find a bathroom, and conjugate verbs it's perfect!!! But I need something more geared towards the construction industry. Are you aware of any education out there geared for managers like myself? I can't be the only one with a need to learn the language. Thanks in advance.
