Here are the dates for the 2021 running show series! We are excited to kick off the new year and have some great events. 👍🏼🐴
Our age divisions & some rules have been revised from previous years. Our age groups will now run:
Pewee (8&under), 12 & under, 13-17, 18 & up
Our rain dates for every show will be the next Friday. So if a show is rained out we will automatically plan to have it the next Friday.
Entry Fee’s are $7 per class.
Gates will open at 5:00 p.m. and the shows will begin at 7:00 p.m. for Friday shows.
A horse/pony being led or “leadline” entries will add 10 seconds to the final time.
We have added the Stake Race to the event list.
Everyone is welcome to run but if you’d like to receive points, to be eligible to win some great awards at the end of the year, you need to be a member 🏆. Memberships received after the 2nd show will only be awarded points from shows attended from that point forward. Memberships attained before or by the 2nd show will receive all points for shows attended.
If anyone has any questions please feel invited to contact us and we will answer them to the best of our ability 🙏🏼.
We are excited to see everyone and hope to see lots of new faces too 😁.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the show is canceled. We will see y'all the 27th for the youth show. We're working on a 3rd show date which will also be the day awards will be given out!

ISO an ANNOUNCER for our youth shows. I (Kourtlyn) can no longer be up there the entire time due to needing to help my own kids. I will still be in and out of booth. This person needs to have experience and be reliable! All this person will need to do is write times down and place them. I will handle everything else. There are INCENTIVES! Unfortunately 😔 we are going to have to postpone the 1st show for the youth buckle series this weekend. Not sure yet about our April 5th show either. Watch for updates! Hope everyone stays safe and well 🙏.

Anyone have any youth saddles for sale? Our granddaughter’s got 2 mini horses for Christmas & now they need saddles 😊. They’re wanting to join in on the horse show fun!!!
Please announce to your membership: Rider/trainer/exercise person needed as backup rider for established Horse Sales Facility ; Braselton/I-85/Chateau Elan area. Part time, need very experienced, confident person with the opportunity to ride revolving inventory of quality horses; Groom and prepare for showing to customers. Need to update you from the Delegate meeting last night.
1. Class #3(Color Halter) will move down to slot #9(English Halter)..it will NOT affect the way you sign up, just know the two classes have switched in sequence.
2. October 19th show at Mt. Stream will have a start time of 9:00 am due to the adding of new classes added by the Federation effecting the 2020 classes.
3. October 19th @ Mt. Stream-There will be a FREE Horse/Rider Costume Contest directly following the conclusion of Pleasure classes. Prizes will be awarded.
4. Our End of Year Banquet will be held on Nov. 16th @ North East Georgia Show in Lavonia in the Club House immediately following the end of Pleasure classes. There will be a pitch in of sweets, pies, brownies, fudge, cake, cookies. Whatever you would like to bring/bake...will be enjoyed by all. It'll be perfect after a juicy hamburger/fries from the concession stand. Preparing of ring will continue for the start time for Timed Events. IF....IF....Mother Nature becomes a factor on this date...the BANQUET WILL STILL BE HELD AT THIS LOCATION.
5. Starting at the Currahee show....there will be a folder with forms for EVERYONE to take a minimum of one at every show. STARTING NOW>>>>>we must starting asking for advertisement sponsorship's that will go in the OFFICIAL STATE SHOW PROGRAM in 2020. WE ARE A NON-PROFIT!!
Kathryn and her team, will be assemble the program in such a way that when Federation members start to travel North for Fall Foliage, we will show them where the BEST places are in our area. They need to be turned in ASAP to the address on the form with payment. The ad can be emailed for their convenience and Kathryn's. lol
She'll keep us updated with a list of sponsors so that all will know who has been contacted.
6. Federation proposals will be uploaded onto the website on Friday on the STATE SHOW TAB. Please voice your votes to your club delegates.
8. Congrats to our State Show Winners!! Please bring your trophies to the show on Nov. 16th for a TEAM PICTURE.
