What are some ways you practice reducing waste in your home?

Foraging miners lettuce aka spring beauty aka winter purslane. This tender green was eaten by gold rush miners to prevent scurvy. Delicate and delicious, most of it ends up in my mouth before it makes its way to the kitchen. #meatlessmondayminers
