It has been the summer home of the LA Philharmonic since 1922. Renowned for its spectacular setting and extraordinary acoustics, the Hollywood Bowl plays host to a tremendous diversity of artists, from classical to jazz, rock, pop and world music.

Happy Earth Day! In 1993, Mother Nature’s Son himself – Sir Paul McCartney – headlined an Earth Day concert at the Bowl, and he brought along some very special guests, including Don Henley and
Kenny Loggins. The four-hour concert was broadcast on VH1, and the L.A. Times’ Robert Hilburn described McCartney’s show as “a sweet and generous performance that summarized impressively his special brand of ‘gentle activism.’” 🌎🎶🌿🎸
