Brought to you by the folks at Wildwood Ovens, our unique culinary space offers two kitchens—one indoor, one out—three wood-fired ovens, a Brazilian BBQ, and an intimate setting that invites you to relax and enjoy the food you've created amongst friends. The test kitchen at Wild Wood Ovens was many years in the making. We fleshed out the indoor Test Kitchen first. There's a wood burning oven in the corner, a center prep or demo island, and multiple prep tables throughout. We also installed a sound system, ceiling tracks for bird's eye video taping and a wide screen television for live or taped streaming. The outdoor kitchen also features a wood burning oven, a Brazilian BBQ, under counter refrigerators ,counter seating. It's perfect as an intimate experimental space for visiting chefs, cooking classes, demo's and seminars. Adjacent to the outdoor kitchen, is a veranda with benches and a hearth; and a bar nook for wine tastings.

The test kitchen is the perfect vehicle for visiting chefs to focus on excellence and creativity without distractions. We're different from pop-up venues because chefs won't be distracted by variables, unknowns and inconsistencies beyond their control. We source the highest quality ingredients for chefs, including wild and foraged ingredients. We provide two fully equipped kitchens, one outdoors and one indoors. They're both open kitchens, so there's an element of performance and theatre. We're also licensed as a private club, so there's the air of exclusivity like an underground supper club, but we don't have to operate under the radar”.
