Lovely clean balcony. Wasn't cleaned in 5 days.
Just returned after a 5 night stay. Third and last stay at this hotel. The corridors are absolutely stinking. The smell was unbearable. After contacting reception they said they would contact room service. When I asked the cleaner she said corridors always smelly. Receptionist was asked had anyone else complained and her answer was no. Big lie as they had moved guests the previous night because their room smelled so bad. I look forward to your response.
