It takes tremendous courage to let go. We may fear we are walking away from something or someone that maybe we will regret walking away from. However, if what or whom we are walking a walking away from creates nothing but pain or strife in our life what are we really losing? It is amazing how something can be 99.9% horrible and how often we stay attached to the table scrap of the1% good we get out of it, and justify this as the reason to stay. It only takes one negative person to absolutely destroy our life, yet we so often stay. We stay out of fear more than we are staying out of love. Fear can keep us in places and with people that do not honor us. But, what are we really afraid of? What bad could really happen if we take the step to love ourselves and let go. We will feel loss because loss is loss but we also just made a remarkable amount of room for more fabulous things to enter our lives. I love the saying "leap and the net will appear." It will appear. It always does. The net appearing isn't the issue. It is the fear of jumping. We must let go so we can see what is next. The future cannot enter if we are clinging to the past. If we let go because we know with all of spirits that it is the right thing, not the impulsive thing to do, then all that come and enter the newly emptied space we have created is higher opportunities.
