PCOS Awareness Association is a nonprofit dedicated to the advocacy, support and resources of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). PCOS is an incurable disorder that affects 1 in 5 women but isn’t well known by the public and medical professionals aren’t always educated on the disorder. PCOS Awareness Association is hosting a bi-annual, historic event that brings medical professionals, patients, advocates and businesses together to learn more about PCOS and to offer support and resources.
In 2019 we made history with the first PCOS CON! We had a few special guests join us, including Whitney Way-Thore (Reality TV Star of TLC’s My Big Fat Fabulous Life), Maddie Zahm (American Idol Star), Tia Norfleet (First African American female NASCAR Driver) and Kody Kavitha (Nickelodeon Star). The 2021 PCOS CON is scheduled to take place on September 16-18 and we hope to break barriers.
