Happy New Years vendors!! I hope everyone made the best of 2020. We wanted to reach out to you all and give you an update where we stand. At this point we are going to wait until March to see how COVID is going to play out. We hope that with the vaccines happening now that enough people will be vaccinated and our case count starts to drop.
Here are the dates we have set for 2021:
If you signed up for one of these events in 2020 you have automatically been carried over to 2021. I have a list of deposits I have made as well as any refunds. I hope that by March we have a better understanding of where we are at and hope we can open with OUT any restrictions.
However, we do know what is required should we operate:
Vendors must wear a mask and have sanitizers at their booths. (This is a requirement.)
Vendors will be required to put their walls up on each side that has another vendor so you have your own space.
As far as additional requirements, my husband and myself will be responsible for having sanitizing stations at each entrance and exit of the lot, (donations of sanitizers are welcome) enforce the mask rules and limit the number of foot traffic in the lot.
We made the decision to not operate as we felt and still feel that everyone’s safety is our number 1 priority.
Vendors that signed up last year, please make note of the new days and let me know ASAP if you cannot commit.
Right now, I ask for everyone to sit tight and I will be in contact again with you all in March.
