Attention WHS Families:

There are slots available for student and parent vaccinations (16 years old and up, and their parents) this Sunday (April 18th) at the Jackson County Fairgrounds!!

If you are interested in getting vaccinated, email [email protected] the following information:

- Your Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Name of Parent or Legal Guardian
- Phone Number of Parent or Legal Guardian

Again, this is for students 16 years old or over (parents can also sign up). Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. An emancipated minor would not need a parent or legal guardian, but must provide documentation to this effect (establishes that he/she is married, is on active duty with the Armed Forces of the U.S., is emancipated by virtue of a court order, or is in the custody of a law enforcement agency and a parent or guardian cannot be located).

Once you submit the information above, an official from HFAH will schedule you an appointment. First come, first served will get scheduled for vaccination on the 18th until doses run out. However, there will be more opportunities moving forward, so if you do not get scheduled for this Sunday, appointments will be made into the next week and weekend.
