What an incredibly beautiful weekend. Fun was had by all at the annual Piedmont Farm Tour. No rain, no hail, no stormy winds. Just fun in the sun. Our sincere thanks to our family support from Denise, Ike, Kirk, Lorena, Tabitha, and Bonnie. And we couldn't have done it without Christina and Belo from Thrills from the Grill who cooked many many bison burgers, sliders and brats for the 198 guests who came on Saturday for the farm tour. And then there's our sincerest thanks to Donnie and Renee (Marie) who sold meat and answered 100's of questions for our guests. The volunteers, John, Brock, Ivy and Phil were so essential to signing in and distributing pins and numbers for tours. And then to Jack and Thaddeus for the many tours conducted on Saturday and Sunday. A total of 330 guests were able to see how the animals are raised and also visited them in the pasture to see the three newborn calves. Thanks to all named and unnamed for your continued support of our farm efforts to raise healthy animals and provide a unique healthy and delicious meat.
