Family dance is back to it's usual time this month: Sunday March 1st 3-5 pm at the Phinney Neighborhood Center

Fine tunes will be played by Sean Bolton (fiddle), Melissa Coffey (flute, whistles, saxophone), Doug Plumber (piano) and Sean's fiddle and piano students while Clare Woolgrove and Amy Carroll, Seattle Family Dance organizers, will share the calling duties.

Our February dance is going to be EARLY. Same day - 1st Sunday - but 130-330 instead of 3-5. We don't want to compete with the Super Bowl (kickoff is 330, I think). Please come dance!

Seattle Family Dance is on FIRST Sundays now. That means our first dance of 2015 is on Sunday, January 4th. Come on down and celebrate the end of the break, the beginning of the new year and all things dance and music. AMAZING turnout at the Seattle Family Dance today. Betsy Alexander and her fiddle students came out in force and so did the dancers. It was a joy to call for such a wonderful and big crowd. Thanks to everyone who came and made it so much fun.
