Symphonic Stories Symphonic Stories Concert

Original beautiful music created by seven of Seattle's finest composers, each piece telling a musical story. The concert, to be held on March 18, 2012 at 2 pm at Benaroya Hall in Seattle, will feature Grammy-award winning conductor David Sabee and an orchestra of some of Seattle's most talented musicians. The composers participating in this event are Barry Dowsett, Catherine Grealish, Eric Goetz, Eric Nielsen, Jeff Tolbert, Glenna Burmer, and Tim Huling. The concert is produced by Tim Huling, founder of the Composition Lab (www.compositionlab.com) and Glenna Burmer of Burmer Music (www.burmermusic.com). A portion of the proceeds will benefit the earthquake recovery effort in Sendai, Japan. Read more about the event and each composer's story at www.symphonicstories.com.
