TIME TO PIVOT • If there is one thing that we've learned in 2020: STAY FLEXIBLE. With a heavy heart, we have decided to close our doors to event rentals and are exploring options for a long-term lease of our beloved loft. Over the past 3.5 years, we've hosted nearly 300 events in this space and feel lucky to have worked with so many incredible Seattleites (and beyond). A heartfelt THANK YOU to all of the amazing rental guests, chefs, florists, event planners, and creative professionals who chose the loft for celebrating or creating. We may be closing our doors to events for now, but are hopeful that one day we will be hosting joyful gatherings again. • For anyone interested in a long-term lease of a 2,500 sq ft modern industrial loft, please email [email protected].

My name is Nicole Roozen and by marriage I am part of the Roozen family. RoozenGaarde is our family tulip farm - a family way of life that dates all the way back to the 1700's in Holland. Grandpa Roozen brought a wealth of tulip knowledge directly from Holland to the states just after WWII and all these years later, the farm is still family owned and family grown. Three generations of Roozens have farmed tulips in the Skagit Valley, WA and we hope to one day make it a fourth!

The spring is typically the season when we share our beauty with visitors near and far. However, this year we have had to close our fields and gardens to the public and are looking to loose nearly 90% of our annual revenue during this critical time of year for us.

The closure has been impactful to say the least, but we hope it's had a positive outcome in decreasing the spread of COVID-19 in our local and regional community. These flower orders are an opportunity for tulip fans, and people who traditionally visit RoozenGaarde each year, to support us in 2020 while still staying near home and local.

This is a grass-roots effort that I am personally taking on to help support the farm; but it's also a way to bring a bit of joy and color into peoples homes during a time when we all could use it! Your support means the world to me and my family!

This order is for DRIVE-UP customers in the BALLARD area. This is a no-contact pick-up, where one car at a time will drive up, give your name and I can place the number of bunches you've ordered in the back of your car or hand to you (you can remain in your car).

When: Sunday, May 3
Time: 9am-12pm (noon)

I will accept cash or check (made out to Nicole Roozen) at pick-up, which I'll asked to be placed in a basket, with no exchange or handling of money and there will be NO CHANGE.
