And that's a wrap! PROOF 2019 is finished and we had a divine time! Thanks to everyone who attended. Hope you stocked up your home bars and found some new favorites. It was a great night showcasing Washington, Oregon and Canadian craft spirits, and local restaurants. A special thanks to all of our volunteers who helped make the event a great success.
