A 125-acre property that has been restored to early 1920's splendor. The land holds the Kelley homestead, a one room schoolhouse, a log cabin relocated from Carmel, the red round barn (a trademark of Indiana agriculture), a granary, a blacksmith shop, modern, but "venue appropriate" permanent restrooms, and two other metal barns that hold antique farm equipment the family has collected over the years.
