As most of you have already seen The actual Midwest Dirt Fest 3 day Event Is CANCELED for July24th, 25th, and 26th... With the possibility of a chance trying to reschedule late September early October if we can work something out... Otherwise 2021....BUT!!.. Saturday July 25th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. we still do have a group of about 20 to 25 trucks and/or side by sides Coming out to run the track!!.. There is no type of events during the day it'll just be open for drivers to enter and exit the track as they want... So drivers will be turning laps throughout the day... There will be a charge of $100 per driver, $40 per passenger ride along in the vehicle on the track, and spectators/crew members $10 entry fee at the main gate... under 10 free... There will be no camping..... Once again this is just like in open drive event for the riders as they go on the track when they want to in come back in the pits when they want there is no competition of any sorts no pit bike race's no events.. so just so everybody knows what to expect if people stopped by to check it out.

Attention Midwest DirtFest driver’s, @valley_mx has given us the opportunity to use the track for the day on Saturday July 25th. This will be an unstructured practice day for prerunners and SxS’s. If you were not included in the email we sent out and would like to drive please email us at [email protected]

Since this is a last minute thing we’re not yet sure when gates will open or whether camping will be permitted.

This probably doesn’t come as a surprise to many but yet another disappointment for 2020. This years Midwest DirtFest is canceled. Thank you to all that help and support us, we look forward to a better 2021

Who’s bringing out what this year? It’s always fun seeing new faces and new rides each year.

It’s time to preregister yourself and vehicle for this year’s event. Please register at [email protected] and include your name, vehicle, engine, suspension type (if it’s a truck), Tshirt size and preferred race number.

If you’re unsure if you qualify for the event here’s a quick rundown of our requirements. Each vehicle must have a rollcage and easily accessible fire extinguisher and each driver and codriver must wear a helmet. @ Valley Motocross

Hey everyone! Remember Midwest DirtFest? Due to all this COVID stuff you may have heard about we weren’t sure if there was gonna be an event this year. We figured it would be best to wait it out and see how everything was going to unfold and now that things are settling down we’re happy to say... DirtFest is going forward as planned for the weekend of July 25th! Stay tuned for details and get your trucks and SxS’s ready, we’re going racing at @valley_mx ! @ Valley Motocross

@lengerracing has been a part of Midwest DirtFest from the beginning. Whether participating or contributing he’s always there having a good time and lending a hand wherever possible. Maybe we’ll see him back in action on July 25th? @ Valley Motocross

Last year we were able to give away four sets of Method Race Wheels and here’s one of those sets being put to use! Mark Barrera was the lucky winner of these and chose to go with a beautiful set of matte black 405’s. Mark earned these by winning the SxS heads up race in very muddy conditions against a stacked field.

Corey Dolinar was a first timer at DirtFest this year and our fastest SxS in the time trials! He was up against some very competitive drivers and was still able to set the three fastest lap times of the weekend. His two lap average was two and a half seconds ahead of the next fastest driver! Thanks to some of our sponsors Corey went home with some @rigidindustries lights, @prpseats gear bag and a pair of harnesses!

I try to interact and get to know each driver Friday before and after practice. Corey was a new face so I introduced myself and asked him how he felt about going out on the track with his SxS for the first time. He confidently told me that he grew up racing the Valley Motocross track and knew it like the back of his hand. Corey said he was comfortable in his RZR and was gonna drive the track just like he would on his bike. I think he did just that. Congratulations Corey! We hope to see you next year!

@ldevrou was our fastest leaf spring truck and the fastest in our V6/4cyl class! He walked away with almost more than he could carry with his multiple class wins. His prizes included a @prpseats steering wheel, hat and hoody, @boxousadirect tool kit, @buggywhipinc lighted whip, @sc14clean cleaning spray and a @griffen_fab_works donated GPS kit!

Saturday morning before the Midwest DirtFest began Neal Griffen approached me with a few great prize donations. One of the prizes was a @mobarmor GPS kit and what it was to be given for was very important to Neal. He wanted it to go to the person that gave it everything they had all day no matter if they were slowest person on the track or not. It was called the Griffen Fab Works Hard Charger award and it could not have gone to a better participant this year. Congratulations Lucas you beat out some very fast V8 and linked trucks!

This year we were happy to get the crowd hooked up with some great prizes. @methodracewheels hooked one lucky spectator up with a set of wheels! @jessepigeon donated two large banners printed with @joshdgraaf truck. Mild to wild, experienced to first timers, racers or just having fun Midwest DirtFest is suited to please everyone. @fastlane741 brought out his beautiful Bronco for his first time and had a blast! We’re sure it’s not easy to tame this big block powered classic but Troy took the reigns and showed it who was boss 🏇

Congratulations to Brad Yost for winning the Method Race Wheels jump contest! He gave as much hot sauce as the jalapeño could give and the crowd knew it. The jump contest is people’s choice so there was no denying that Brad deserved the amazing method trophy, a set of wheels and prp gift card.
From a Midwest Dirtfest standpoint Brad went from zero to hero! Last year he had nothing but problems at DirtFest and he didn’t think it would be any different this year. We know Brad and the jalapeño all to well and knew that it could shine if he gave it another chance. This year he went all in during the jump contest and it paid off!

Congratulations @tman12394 for his performance in “Unlimited Truck”. Tanner won a set of wheels courtesy of @methodracewheels , a lighted whip from @buggywhipinc , a @prpseats gear bag and a bottle of @sc14clean Cleaner! Officially he finished 3rd but 1st and 2nd were not eligible for prizes.
This was a major improvement from last year when Tanner lost a wheel on almost all of his runs. This truck is almost perfectly suited for the Valley Motocross track with its short wheelbase and V8 power. He built a great truck and he’s a great driver, we’re so glad to see him take home some great prizes! @ Valley Motocross

Alright guys here’s your fastest drivers of the weekend and everyone’s times! We scored the time trails by using a best two out of three average. Blake Wilkey was the fastest in the unlimited/open wheel category with a 1:59, Luke Walker was the fastest truck at 2:10 and Corey Dolinar was the fastest SxS with a 1:57. Congratulations and we’ll post more class winners and prizes over the next few days

Racers: Remember that for tomorrow’s practice and Saturdays event you and your passengers are required to have a helmet. Each vehicle needs an easily accessible fire extinguisher, harnesses and a roll cage.
