A Day of – Coordinator
Two weeks Prior to Wedding Day
Meet with bride and groom to present timeline.
Go over any arrangements bride and groom made with vendor, and update timeline accordingly.
One week Prior to Wedding Day
Confirm final details with vendors prior to wedding day. Send vendors finalized timeline and make sure they have directions to ceremony and reception locations.
Rehearsal
Distribute wedding Timelines with Bride, Groom & Bridal Party.
Work with Officiator to choreograph wedding ceremony, processional and recessional.
Pre-ceremony
Instruct make-up and hair dressers where to set up.
Coordinate any food deliveries.
Make sure photographer arrives on time and has (must shoot list)
Set up programs and other ceremony Items, guest book, unity candle, doves, butterflies, etc.
Ensure ushers/groomsmen arrive on time and are ready to pass out programs.
Ensure bride and bridesmaid’s bouquets arrive on time and groomsmen are pinned with boutonnieres.
Gather Bridal Party for Photos
Alert Ushers to begin escorting guest to their seats.
Confirm the music that musicians will play during the ceremony, as well as start times for each piece of music.
Handle any emergencies that may arise.
Ensure that transportation for Bridal Party arrives on time.
Gather family and friends for after ceremony photos.
Make wedding party aware of any last minute details.
Prior to Reception
Greet vendors and instruct them to where to set up Band, DJ, Florist, and Caterer.
Arrange escort Cards
Make sure reception flowers and décor is set up according to flower order.
Ensure that tent and lighting are set up properly
Meet with catering staff to confirm food timelines.
Set up quest book and pen, champagne flutes, cake utensil’s
Set up table numbers and menu cards
Reception
Ensure of proper flow of reception hour
Look over dining tables and make sure they are set up properly
Help quest locate escort cards
Line up bridal party for Introduction and first dance
Cue vendors when important events take place at reception
Alert catering to pour champagne just before toast
Set up Favor table
Pack up gifts / cards, miscellaneous items
Coordinate reception departure transportation
Please note: a day-of-coordinator will not re-negotiate any terms in contracts with vendors
at this time, or at any time prior, during, or after your wedding day. All agreements should be finalized prior to the wedding.

You will receive a consultation going over questions, suggestions and traditions. Meeting one to two weeks prior to the wedding to confirm all details. Up to two hours for your wedding rehearsal And two to three hours for setting up and coordinating ceremony

You will receive a consultation going over questions, suggestions and traditions. Meeting one to two weeks prior to the wedding to confirm all details. Up to two hours for your wedding rehearsal. Up to eight hours for setting up and coordinating both your ceremony and reception.

Coordinating your Ceremony, Reception & Month of Details
You will receive a consultation going over questions, suggestions and traditions. Help with vendors and last minute details. Meeting one to two weeks prior to the wedding to finalize all details. Assist with your rehearsal dinner if needed. Up to two hours for your wedding rehearsal. Up to eight hours for setting up and coordinating both your ceremony and reception.

Full Service Coordinating & Pre-planning
You will receive consultation and services from the moment you start to plan your special day. With location and vendor searches to reserving and reviewing contracts. Being your liaison between the facility and vendors. Along with all of the above services.
