Alright folks, here we go! Now that we have had a few fairs under our belt we have learned a thing or two. With that being said, we have found it necessary to ask for a registration form to be completed along with your booth payment and also get some rules established. We tried being "cool" but that didn't work out too well.
For those vendors that already have a booth for December, please complete the registration form and return it to us. If you would like to reserve a booth for December, please complete the registration form and send it back to us and make your booth payment via PayPal using our email address [email protected]. Please do not send in the registration without making your booth payment, you will not have a space reserved. You will need to make a note in the notes section of PayPal and tell us what you are paying for (i.e. stage space, a booth with power, etc).
If you aren't able to scan/send we can send it to you via e-signature.
NEW: premium spaces will be available for this event:
Entire Bridal Suite for $120.00 (219 sq. ft.)
Stage space - 3 spots available for $70.00 each or all 3 for $200.00 (SOLD OUT)
All other spaces are the price you locked in at. To the new vendors, booths are $50.00
If you require power~ additional $10.00
All booths are 8x8 except for the Bridal Suite and Stage
Premium spaces are first-come, first served.

ATTENTION VENDORS FOR THIS WEEKENDS EVENT:
Just a few procedures for Saturday morning:
1. Set up time starts at 7 am. When you arrive, please pull up to the double french doors. There you will check-in and be given your booth space. You can unload your product into your space and then GO PARK YOUR CAR, come back in and set up. Please do not leave your car parked in front of the building while you set up.
2. All vendor vehicles will need to be parked in the parking area by 8:45. Vendors arriving after 8:30 will have to park in the parking area and carry your goods from there.
3. Please keep your spaces tidy with supplies tucked under your tables.
4. Smile. Have fun and be gracious to all. Go live on your social media accounts, create posts as the day progresses, share, share, share. We all succeed together.

This gorgeous deck is on the back of the building that overlooks a beautiful meadow that will include 3 wedding scenes, and an awesome Firepit for yourself and all your guest to gather. All of the colored lighting is customizable and can match your event. More improvements being made every day.
Next up is the completion of the fire pit area, awnings from the barn to the outdoor covered arena, a sand beach-entrance wedding scene, and a 400 s.f. wood deck with pergola on the rear of the barn.

The Point Event Center is the perfect event venue to entertain all your guest! I LOVE their LED Lights which make for some awesome pictures. Just look at all the color options! This venue has the best White Balance which ='s great easy photos! 💕💕💕

Please Read on... In addition to starting www.CharityForTheHouse.com and dedicating themselves to local charities, they wanted to really take a step towards giving back. So they decided to buy this small ranch on the border of Midlothian, Waxahachie and Ovilla. Since it is right where the 3 cities come together, they called it The Point. This would be the place where they could continue their work and build strong relationships with local people. Having their own event center gives them the opportunity to really grow as philanthropists, business owners and people. David & Barbara started The Point to help all non-profits that operate under the premise of making this area a better place without discrimination, segregation or prejudice. The Point is intended to be a great community member, a place to grow and enjoy life and a place to help others. That is why we don't charge for the use of this event center for non-profit groups. Profit entities and private groups can rent the space out for their events of course. We want to know what you would like to see at The Point. We plan for holiday events, charity events, community get-togethers, Coffee with Veterans, Game Nights, Fire Pit Fridays, and on and on. Send us your ideas if you would. The Point is a place for the community to make an already special area even better.
